#1 Resident Evil: Apocalypse Reviews, Retrospective And Reaction Videos – After watching the 2002 live-action Resident Evil movie, I left the cinema feeling unsatisfied as it did not have much related to the popular video game series. That film succeeded enough to justify the production of the sequel Resident Evil: Apocalypse, and the first reveal of Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine (based on her appearance in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis) caught my attention. The reveal of Raccoon City getting hit by the zombie apocalypse and the casting of Oded Fehr as Carlos Oliviera (another RE3 character) interested me. In September 2004, I saw Resident Evil: Apocalypse on opening day in the local cinema and I was entertained for the most part. The Milla Jovovich-led film was indeed flawed, but it was an enjoyable improvement over its 2002 predecessor. How Resident Evil: Apocalypse fares with the YouTubers is something you must see.

#2 The Planned California City That Failed – Have you ever heard of Salton City? It was a planned city in the state of California located along the Salton Sea. It was designed as a resort community capable of supporting forty thousand residents, and it was to have the complete systems of water, roads, sewer and energy. Salton City is a ghost town and the in-depth YouTube video I found will help you realize its history and why development failed.

#3 Star Wars: Shadows Of The Empire Game Revisited – Back in the mid-1990s, George Lucas’ entertainment group launched the Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire multi-media project which told what happened between the movies The Empire Strike Back and Return of the Jedi. The said project was huge even though there was no live action Star Wars movie involved. A Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire novel was released which became the foundation of a comic book adaptation (read my retro reviews here and here), a video game, toys, action figures and merchandise. The video game of Shadows of the Empire was a joint project between LucasArts and Nintendo and its release on Nintendo 64 drew a lot of attention back then. The game itself made gamers – both Star Wars fans and casual gamers – want to get an N64 to play the game. I recently found two in-depth retrospective videos about Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire on N64 and I encourage you all to watch them.

#4 The Embarrassing Woke NDP Of Canada – Have you ever heard about the New Democratic Party? Referred to as NDP for short, New Democratic Party is a very leftist and woke political party in Canada and it had a really bad result in the 2025 federal election. Recently, the NDP had its leadership election and what happened in late March saw a series of awkward and embarrassing moments during their big event. In the videos below, you will see why political correctness, identity politics and wokeness are bad to have, and they made the internal processes of the NDP hard to pull off. In fact, diversity and inclusion zealotry have caused divisions within the NDP’s convention. What happened was funny to watch and it was not a comedy at all.

#5 Elderly Japanese Women And Their Beloved Restaurants – In Japan, many Japanese people live really long lives. Among them are elderly people who are active and managed to make an impact on others. That said, there are two elderly Japanese women who excelled in cooking meals and managing restaurants, and what they offer will impress you. I urge you all to watch the Nippon TV feature below.

Japan Revises Arms Export Limits To Enable Weapons Sales

In a serious bid to strengthen its defense industry and boost security cooperation with partner nations, the government of Japan officially revised the limits on defense equipment exports, according to a news report by Kyodo News. This means enabling the sales of weapons overseas.

The Japanese government revised limits on defense equipment exports Tuesday to enable the sale of weapons overseas, as it seeks to boost security cooperation with partner countries.

The changes, approved by the Cabinet and the National Security Council, come as the government of Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, a national security hawk, aims to strengthen the country’s defense industry amid what the administration has called Japan’s most severe security environment since the end of World War II.

The revisions to the “three principles on transfer of defense equipment and technology” and their implementation guidelines scrap rules that limit exports to five noncombat categories — rescue, transport, warning, surveillance and minesweeping.

While the revisions in principle prohibit the export of arms to countries where conflict is taking place, they do allow for exceptions “in special circumstances” that take into consideration Japan’s security needs and U.S. military operations in the Indo-Pacific region.

Defense equipment would be divided into “weapons” and “non-weapons” categories, based on whether they have lethal capability.

Exports of non-weapons such as warning and control radar systems face no restrictions, while those of weapons including destroyers and missiles are limited to countries that have signed agreements with Japan on protecting classified information related to defense equipment and technology.

The changes, which state that parliament will only be notified of weapon exports after government approval, are likely to draw criticism from opposition parties. They have argued parliament should give prior approval to avoid Japan becoming involved in exacerbating conflicts or fueling arms races.

The National Security Council will examine and decide whether to approve weapon exports. The next-generation fighter jet being developed with Britain and Italy will be an exception requiring Cabinet approval.

US And Philippines Open Annual Joint Military Exercise, Several Allies Expected To Join In

The United States and the Philippines formally opened this year’s edition of Balikatan (Exercise Balikatan 41-2026) which is their annual joint military exercise focused on readiness, unity and defense, according to a news report by GMA News. Several allied nations and seventeen thousand troops are expected to participate in the exercise which will have military drills across various parts of the Philippines.

The Philippines and the United States on Monday formally opened their annual joint Balikatan Exercise for this year, with 17,000 troops and several other countries expected to join.

“I hereby declare Exercise Balikatan 41-2026 officially open starting today,” AFP chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. said during the opening ceremony.

“Let this exercise not only demonstrate our readiness but affirm our commitment to stand together, to act together, and when necessary, defend together,” he added.

More than 17,000 troops from the Philippines, the United States, and partner nations including Australia, Canada, France, Japan, and New Zealand. At least 18 more countries are expected to serve as observers in the exercise.

The drills will be conducted across various parts of the Philippines from Luzon to Mindanao.

Balikatan 2026 will cover multiple domains such as air and missile defense, maritime security, live-fire exercises, and joint readiness operations.

The exercises will also include humanitarian and civic assistance programs such as building schools, supporting healthcare initiatives, and enhancing disaster preparedness in local communities.

Brawner said the expanded scope of the exercise reflects the evolving security environment.

Balikatan 2026 will be transformed from a bilateral activity between the Philippines and US into a multilateral effort aimed at improving interoperability and collective defense capabilities.

Brawner pointed out that the drills are anchored on respect for international law, national sovereignty, and the goal of promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific.

New Visas For Foreign Restaurant Workers Suspended By Japanese Government

Foreigners who planned to work in Japan’s restaurant sector will have to wait further or search for other new opportunities as the government of Japan officially suspended visas for foreign restaurant workers, according to a news report by Kyodo News.

The Japanese government is no longer issuing visas for foreign specified skilled workers in the restaurant sector as the quota of 50,000 has nearly been reached — the first restriction of its kind since the current limit was set.

The Immigration Services Agency of Japan suspended issuing certificates of eligibility for Type I Specified Skilled Worker visa applications received from Monday. The agency said that, according to preliminary data, the number of foreigners with Type I status working in the food service industry reached roughly 46,000 by the end of February.

It said that for applications received before Monday, certificates will be issued in order up to the quota limit.

In January 2026, the government decided to accept up to 805,700 individuals, expanded to 19 sectors, under the specified skilled worker program through March 2029, with the caps decided based on the degree of labor shortage in the respective fields.

“The food service industry was quicker to employ foreign skilled workers than in other sectors,” said an official at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

“However, there is room for debate as to whether efforts to secure domestic talent, a prerequisite of the system, are being carried out to the fullest extent,” said the official.

The Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act stipulates that the issuance of certificates of eligibility will be suspended if the number of foreign specified skilled workers is expected to exceed the quota.

The agency also said that, from Monday, requests from foreign skilled workers to switch to jobs in the food service industry are not being accepted in principle.

But technical interns who are already working in Japan and transitioning to a specified skilled worker visa in the sector will be given priority in the screening process, it said.

America And The Philippines Plan The Launch Of Ambitious 4,000 Acre Economic Security Zone To Shore Up Supply Chains

In the latest development between the United States and the Philippines, the US Department of State announced that the two nations plan the launch of a historic economic security zone of four thousand acres which will shore up supply chains and it will be located in the main island of Luzon.

Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg today announced the United States’ and the Philippines’ plans to establish a 4,000-acre industrial hub to secure inputs vital to American and global supply chains. The site is located in the Luzon Economic Corridor of the Philippines. The site—the first of its kind—is being designated by the Philippines as an Economic Security Zone, a new model for AI-native investment acceleration hubs being developed under the Pax Silica Initiative.
The Economic Security Zone is part of a broader strategy to surge production for inputs vital to U.S. supply chains. It is expected to serve as a purpose-built platform for allied manufacturing—an investment acceleration hub where the specific industrial activities are shaped by market demand, host-country comparative advantages, and the evolving needs of the allied network. Situated within the Luzon Economic Corridor, the Zone can leverage the Philippines’ geographic centrality in the Indo-Pacific, its young and technically skilled workforce, and its deepening alliance with the United States.

Structure and Planned Governance

Joint governance: The two governments intend to identify appropriate frameworks for the long-term development of the Zone that facilitate sovereign alignment and shared upside as it scales.
Enhanced Operational Certainty: The Economic Security Zone is intended to fuse American expertise in institutions and legal regimes – internationally enforceable contracts, transparent regulatory standards, and expert dispute resolution – with enhanced access to the Philippines’ outstanding workforce and talent, mineral endowments, energy resources, and strategic position at the crossroads of Indo-Pacific trade.

The Philippines and Pax Silica

Critical minerals: The Philippines holds significant reserves of nickel, copper, chromite, and cobalt—minerals increasingly vital to global supply chains.
Infrastructure: The Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC) is a coordinated, high-impact investment in key sectors, including in transportation, energy, digital infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing. The LEC will transform Luzon into a more prosperous and interconnected region while delivering value to American investors.

The Economic Security Zone

First of many: The Luzon hub is intended to be the first Zone in a broader industrial network—a constellation of integrated manufacturing sites, logistics corridors, and shared financial instruments spanning partner nations across multiple continents.
System transformation: This interconnection can transform Pax Silica industrial policy from a collection of bilateral projects into a genuine system capable of competing with—and ultimately displacing—the concentrated supply chains on which the world currently depends.

$10 Billion Financial Aid For Asian Nations Confirmed by Japanese Prime Minister

With many nations in Asia already struggling with the very expensive prices of fuel related to the conflicts in the Middle East, their respective economic struggles are only getting worse. That said, they are very fortunate to have Japan on their side as Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae officially announced that her government will provide them financial support worth $10 billion, according to a Kyodo News report.

The Japanese government said Wednesday it will provide a total of $10 billion in financial support to other Asian nations to help them secure crude oil supplies as prices soar amid the Middle East conflict, aiming to ensure that petroleum-derived products made in those countries keep flowing into Japan.

The aid, announced by Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi following an online meeting with her counterparts mainly from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, is aimed at beefing up energy supply chains across the region such as through loans for procuring crude oil and petroleum products as well as expansion of stockpiles.

“Japan is closely interconnected with each Asian country through supply chains and mutually dependent with them,” Takaichi told reporters, adding that oil shortages or supply disruptions in Asia could have a “significant negative impact” on her nation’s economy and society.

The planned financial aid is equivalent to up to 1.2 billion barrels — about one year of crude oil imports by ASEAN countries, she said.

Japan imports petroleum-derived products from Southeast Asia, including items used at medical facilities. Many countries in the region maintain limited oil reserves, so there have been concerns that supply shortages could eventually affect shipments to Japan.

The surge in oil prices on the back of the war that led to a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, a key waterway for global energy transportation, has raised concerns in some Southeast Asian countries over their ability to pay for imports.

Tokyo aims to address the risks through financial support, including loans via the government-backed Japan Bank for International Cooperation, according to government sources.

The Japanese prime minister emphasized that the latest supportive scheme does not include direct crude oil provisions from Japan’s reserves and therefore will not negatively affect domestic supplies.

Given its high dependence on the Middle East for crude oil imports, Japan keeps abundant oil stockpiles in the country.

The other nations that joined the Japan-led, leaders-level virtual gathering were Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

#1 The Ring Reaction Videos – When The Ring (an American remake of the 1998 film Ringu) was released in cinemas in 2002, it had a huge impact on many moviegoers as it scared them and made them think that Asian horror can be adapted by Western filmmakers to entertain a larger, English-oriented audience worldwide. In fact, The Ring sparked a wave of American remakes of established horror films from Asia. The movie also made Naomi Watts a movie star. There are viewers who enjoyed the subtle yet creepy approach to horror by the 2002 film and there are those who find it superior to the Japanese original. How The Ring impacts the following YouTubers through their reaction videos below is a must-see.

#2 Batman versus Predator Revisited – Back in the early 1990s, I saw issues of the huge crossover mini-series Batman versus Predator displayed on shelves on local comic book stores, and each one cost a lot of money! Looking back at the crossover, there definitely is a lot of things about it that justify the high cover price. Some comic book enthusiasts say that Batman versus Predator is the best crossover comic book story to feature the Predator while there are others who said that Batman is the perfect superhero to be matched against the sci-fi movie icon. #3 Project Sylpheed Examined – First released in Japan in 2006, Project Sylpheed was a science fiction shooter game that was released by Square Enix exclusively on the Xbox 360 console. I always wanted to play that game’s English version (released in 2007) but I never had the opportunity to buy it. Project Sylpheed was the third game of its franchise and it was the successor to the original Silpheed game of the 1980s. Believe it or not, the game still looks great by today’s standards and the vibrant colors and stylish visual elements made it stand out nicely among 3D shooters. #4 Ranting For Vengeance Slams Jon Bernthal’s Punisher And The Woke Mob – When I first think about the Punisher who first appeared in comics long ago, I think of a very hard-edged vigilante who wages a dangerous war against criminals on his own terms. In the 21^st century, we now have a live-action Punisher who drifted away from his comic book legacy and woke Disney now fully dictates Marvel Comics. Along the way, the current Punisher actor Jon Bernthal is woke and supports the LGBTQ community and its agenda. Ranting for Vengeance recently posted a video slamming Bernthal’s Punisher and the woke mob, and you can find out more by watching it below.

#5 Rice Ball Craze In Japan – In Japan, rice balls are popular and there is nothing like the enjoyment of consuming rice with seaweed wrapping and ingredients mixed in. From time to time, rice balls get discounted and there is always an influx of buyers who pursue them with good taste and better value in mind. Even foreign tourists can take advantage of the discounts of rice balls. Watch and learn from the Nippon TV video below.

#6 Orion Pictures Revisited – When I was very young, there were some notables movies I saw that involved Orion Pictures in more ways than one. Some movies the Orion produced (or co-produced) that were memorable to watch include Caddyshack and Excalibur. Other memorable films distributed by Orion include Platoon, RoboCop, The Terminator, First Blood and The Silence of the Lambs to name some. Transgendered Suspect Arrested In Parañaque City For Victimizing Japanese National, Two Other Transgendered Suspects On The Loose

Recently in the City of Parañaque, a Japanese national got duped, assaulted and robbed by three transgendered suspects inside a hotel room and one of them eventually got arrested, according to a Manila Bulletin news report. A manhunt has been launched to find the two transgendered suspects who escaped.

A supposed dating app meet-up turned into a violent incident after a Japanese national was allegedly duped, assaulted, and robbed by three transgender suspects inside a hotel room in Parañaque City on April 8.

Parañaque City Police chief Col. Nicolas Pinon identified the victim as Uri, 26, who was staying at Seaside Drive, Entertainment City, Barangay Tambo.

Police arrested one of the suspects, identified as Justine, while two others, known only as Riley and Kitty, managed to escape and are now the subject of a manhunt.

According to the victim, he met Riley through a dating app and agreed to meet at his hotel room. Riley later arrived with companions Justine and Kitty.

Once inside, the suspects allegedly stripped the victim and forced him to perform a sexual act. They then demanded P20,000 each, but the victim refused.

The situation escalated when the suspects allegedly assaulted him—kicking him and threatening him with a stun gun pointed at his face—forcing him to comply and agree to withdraw money.

Police said Justine accompanied the victim to an ATM, where Uri discreetly sought help by typing “Please help me” on his phone and showing it to a hotel receptionist.

The receptionist immediately alerted hotel security, and with the help of a Japanese interpreter, authorities were able to arrest Justine.

However, upon returning to his room, the victim discovered that the remaining suspects had fled and his belongings had been ransacked. Around 200,000 yuan and P9,000 in cash were reported missing.

Justine is now detained at the Parañaque police custodial facility and faces robbery charges.

By the time the movie ended, it was clear to me that the Resident Evil live-action movie series was all about showcasing Milla Jovovich as the action star and the characters from the games were just tokens to add RE relevance (Ali Larter as Claire Redfield in the 2007 film) since the films were not serious adaptations of the video games’ stories. RE: Extinction’s most notable attraction is its Mad Max-inspired wasteland setting and there were some moviegoers who enjoy the movie as a thrill ride. That being said, you have to see how the YouTubers reacted to Resident Evil: Extinction in the videos below.

#2 Resident Evil: Code Veronica Retrospective – I can hardly believe it has been more over 25 years since Resident Evil: Code Veronica was first released on the Sega Dreamcast. At the time of its release, it was clearly the next-generation Resident Evil experience and the first major game (or mainline game) of its series to have fully polygonal environments for players to explore. Come to think of it, RE: Code Veronica was the result of Capcom’s failed plan to port Resident Evil 2 to the Sega Saturn which led to developing a new project mainly for the Dreamcast. If you are nostalgic about RE: Code Veronica or if are a newcomer who wants to discover it, watch this amusing retrospective video.

#3 Horror Video Games Only Playable On The Dreamcast – More on the fun but failed Sega Dreamcast console, there were some horror-themed adventure games in its software lineup that had unique concepts and gameplay features. While Resident Evil: Code Veronica was ported by Capcom to other gaming platform, there were these other horror games remained on the Dreamcast. No porting and no remastered releases of them until now. Enjoy this retro gaming look at those Dreamcast-only games.

#4 Ranting For Vengeance Slams Upcoming Supergirl – Supergirl, the upcoming movie of James Gunn’s DCU, was slammed by Ranting for Vengeance. There was a new trailer of the movie released and it did not captivate me nor interest me. It did not help that the Supergirl actress Milly Alcock actually slammed the fans as there was backlash against the said new trailer. Going back to the new Supergirl trailer, Ranting for Vengeance explains that the modern cinematic versions of the title character and Lobo do not resemble their literary counterparts. He also spotted signs of feminism in the movie. To find out more details, watch the video below.

#5 Ashleigh Burton Reacts To Moulin Rouge! – Around twenty-five years ago, the cinematic musical Moulin Rouge! was released in cinemas and it dazzled many moviegoers as well as music enthusiasts. Stars Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor proved to be very good singers and their acting abilities were really artistic. As of this writing, there are just not enough reaction videos of Moulin Rouge! on YouTube which is surprising considering its huge significance as a modern cinematic musical. Recently, Ashleigh Burton posted her own reaction video of the 2001 film and it is a must-see.

#6 Circus Circus’ 2-Floor Suite – After watching several YouTube videos about Circus Circus Hotel and Casino out of nostalgia about Las Vegas, I found this video about the 2-storey suite and watched it entirely. When I was very young, me and my relatives stayed in a nice suite at the same hotel but this 2-storey suite looks grander, more spacious and more ideal for families or a group of people to stay in. It was only by watching the video that I learned about its existence for the first time. I urge you all to watch it and pay attention to the details.

#7 Nintendo 64 In 1995 – When Nintendo first announced its “64-bit” successor to their best-selling Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), there was huge anticipation for it by gamers and the media. As time went on, the pre-release hype intensified and there were journalists from the West who even went to Japan to get the latest updates from Nintendo itself. Retro Gaming Ads Blast – Part 41 (Jurassic Park Special)

Welcome back readers, fellow geeks and electronic gaming fans!

In this edition of the Retro Gaming Ads Blast (RGAB) series, we will take a look at another batch of retro gaming print ads related to the 1993 blockbuster film Jurassic Park. As part of the business strategy of the film directed by Steven Spielberg, several video games were licensed to make movies based on the movie. Unsurprisingly, the sequel The Lost World: Jurassic Park was released in 1997 and it also had its own video games. This is the Jurassic Park Special.

For the newcomers reading this, Retro Gaming Ads Blast (RGAB) looks back at the many print ads of games (console, arcade, computer and handheld) that were published in comic books, magazines, flyers, posters and newspapers long before smartphones, social media, the worldwide web and streaming became popular. To put things in perspective, people back in the 1980s to the 1990s were more trusting of print media for information and images about electronic games and related products.

With those details laid down, here is the newest batch of retro gaming print ads for you to see and enjoy…

1. Jurassic Park SNES Game Print Ad

*I saw this 2-page print ad in video game magazines in 1993.*

Just a few months after the release of the movie, the official Jurassic Park video game on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) was released by Ocean and the company came up with a 2-page print ad to showcase a few screenshots and creative text emphasizing an adventure experience with a touch of “3-D”. The ad makers cleverly showed two first-person view sequence screenshots that showed the SNES was strong enough to deliver the so-called 3D experience. I remember seeing this ad while reading a video game magazine in 1993 and it easily caught my attention.

2. Jurassic Park PC Game Print Ad

For the Jurassic Park personal computer (PC) game, Ocean came up with a single-page print ad that uses a live-action image from the film’s production. Not only was the image of Tyrannosaurus Rex head (with its sharp teeth visible) touching the vehicle very engaging to see, it is also a reminder that practical effects and other physical stuff were heavily used to do it resulting in a high level of realism that computer-generated imagery (CGI) cannot match.

3. Jurassic Park Sega Genesis North American Print Ad

*The most visually striking 2-page print ad of the JP game for Sega Genesis.*

Sega acquired licenses to make Jurassic Park games for its existing consoles plus the arcade game. To promote the Sega Genesis JP game, Sega came up with this 2-page print ad with a great visual design. While there were only few screenshots from the video game, the rest of the ad was filled with lots of eye candy such as dinosaur fossils, illustrations, science-based details and more. Very clearly, this print ad strongly emphasized the dinosaurs, adventure and intrigue. The game eventually sold a lot of copies and added to the overall commercial success Sega had in North America in 1993.

4. Jurassic Park Japanese Arcade Flyer

In 1994, Sega released the ambitious Jurassic Park arcade game which was a rail shooter game that had a sophisticated physical design that includes seats for two people. Developed by Sega’s AM3 team, the player(s) equipped with the joystick(s) has to shoot the dinosaurs that appeared on-screen from start to finish. To immerse gamers into the Jurassic Park environment, the game has a fine blend of 2D sprits and 3D polygons which resulted in the feel of 3D surroundings. For its part, Sega had to excite players and arcade operators while also explaining the technical details using the arcade flyer. The arcade game was a commercial success.

5. Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues Print Ad

*This surprise sequel excited many gamers who were into the 1993 movie and 2D side-scrolling adventure games.*

While it is a fact that the sequel to Jurassic Park did not come out in book format (1995) and in the cinemas (1997), Ocean went ahead with its very own sequel titles Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues. They even had an original tale about the established character Dr. Alan Grant returning to Jurassic Park to stop a rival corporation from taking over the place. To promote the SNES version of the game, the company came up with a single-page print ad that had an “under new management” sign above while showing a Velociraptor and a few screenshots from the game. As it was released in 1994, the game strongly appealed to the fans as well as gamers who enjoyed 2D side-scrolling adventure games on the SNES.

6. The Lost World: Jurassic Park Print Ad

*DreamWorks Interactive made the official console games of The Lost World: Jurassic Park and they had EA and Sega publish it.*

Like its blockbuster predecessor, The Lost World: Jurassic Park had its own video game adaptations. The Lost World: Jurassic Park games for PlayStation and Sega Saturn were developed by a video game company which was under DreamWorks SKG (note: Steven Spielberg was one of the founders), and they had Electronic Arts (EA) and Sega publishing each game per specific console. To market the game, a 2-page print ad was made which featured a dinosaur skull dominating the image leaving some space for screenshots and the descriptive text. Having seen the movie and having played the game, I can say that the dark aesthetic of this print ad reflected the dark and gritty tone of the Spielberg-directed movie.

7. The Lost World: Jurassic Park North American Sega GameWorks Arcade Flyer

For me, the best game based on The Lost World: Jurassic Park has always been the official arcade game developed and distributed by Sega. It was a sophisticated rail shooter made by the same team behind the 1994 Jurassic Park arcade game. The arcade flyer clearly mentions the Model 3 which was a highly advanced arcade hardware of Sega that made highly detailed 3D polygonal graphics and smooth animation possible. The flyer also boasted the use of a 50-inch medium resolution Mitsubishi monitor and the 4-speaker Surround Sound system that made the arcade experience intense. Even by today’s standards, this 1997 arcade game still looks great and remains enjoyable to play. This arcade flyer really promoted what was real for gamers to experience in the arcade. Are you aware that Steven Spielberg himself received The Lost World: Jurassic Park arcade cabinet as a gift from Sega?
