Have you been searching for something fun or interesting to watch on YouTube? Do you feel bored right now and you crave for something to see on the world’s most popular online video destination?

#1 Popcorn in Bed react to Man of Steel – It has been over twelve years since I first saw Man of Steel in the cinema. Directed by Zack Snyder, the 2013 Superman movie had a mixed reception but managed to gross $670 million worldwide and led Warner Bros. to releasing more DC Comics superhero movies in a shared universe (ended in 2023). Recently, Popcorn in Bed finally posted its reaction video of Man of Steel and I can say it is worth the wait. Watch it now.

#2 Where to buy onigiri in Tokyo – Have you tried eating onigiri lately? Onigiri is a rice ball (rice wrapped in nori) popular in Japan and it is eaten by hand. While there is a growing number of convenience stores selling onigiri, there is still nothing like buying freshly made onigiri in dedicated stores or restaurants in Tokyo. Watch and learn from the video below.

#3 Faked presentation of starvation in Gaza exposed! – You might have seen all the news and images about starvation in Gaza through mainstream news outlets such as CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, Reuters, Associated Press, Agence France-Presse, The Washington Post and more. Countless reports and images were published showing Gaza residents (Palestinians) desperate for food made gullible people sympathetic for the hungry while also becoming angry towards Israel. The truth of the matter is that the portrayal of Palestinian starvation is fake, staged and deliberately crafted by the Islamic terrorists who have lots of mainstream news media partners-in-crime with them. There is no real famine in Gaza at all and it is undeniable that Palestinian terrorist group Hamas (loved by the Islamo-Leftist media) stole humanitarian aid to feed themselves leaving nothing for their fellow Gaza residents. #4 Full Metal Jacket reaction videos – Released in 1987, Stanley Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket succeeded in intriguing or even shocking moviegoers whose perception of the Vietnam War got shaken. To be clear, the movie (which starred Matthew Modine, R. Lee Ermey, Vincent D’Onofrio, Adam Baldwin, and Arliss Howard) was more than just about war. It also showed the dehumanizing effects of war preparation, the dark humor that happens during war time and how people react when their emotional limits and sanity were really pushed hard. That being said, you should see how the movie draws reactions from the following YouTubers through their respective reaction videos.

#5 Slope’s Game Room examines Castlevania game franchise – Since the 1980s, Konami and its talented developers produced a whole lot of Castlevania video games ranging from 2D side-scrolling adventures into 3D polygonal escapades. Considering how significant Castlevania is as a game franchise, now is a good time to examine the history of Castlevania through the in-depth videos of Slope’s Game Room below.

I Love Israel: Talks of possible Free Trade Agreement (FTA) to boost Israeli investments into the Philippines

In recent times, Israel’s Minister of Economy and Industry Nir Barkat visited the Philippines and he has officially confirmed that the Jewish state and the nation of Filipinos are starting the process for initial negotiations for a free trade agreement (FTA), according to a news article by the Philippine News Agency (PNA). If an FTA is realized sometime in the future, it would mean more Israeli investments coming into the Philippines.

To put things in perspective, posted below is the excerpt from the PNA news article. Some parts in boldface…

The announcement of the Philippines and Israel’s intention to pursue free trade agreement (FTA) talks is certain to bring in more Israeli investments into the country.

Visiting Israel Minister of Economy and Industry Nir Barkat said the Philippines and Israel “actually are starting the process” to initiate negotiations on a free trade deal.

“Usually, it takes few years to sign an FTA. By defining that we will, many investors will start collaborating now,” he told reporters on the sidelines of a reception in Taguig City on Tuesday night.

“When investors see that in a year, two years, at some point in time, there’s going to be an FTA, they (start) to invest already. The impact of announcing that we will be doing a deal together is quite immediate.“

Barkat said Israeli firms are eager to expand businesses on a number of areas, specifically agricultural technology and food technology in the Philippines. Israel, he said, is also intent on growing its already robust trade with the country.

“My goal is to have 10 times more trade in 15 to 20 years with all countries, including the Philippines. In order to scale to such volumes of trade, we need to put foundation for long term infrastructure, and that’s what we’re doing in this visit,” he told the Philippine News Agency in a separate interview.

Barkat said he sees the Philippines as a partner that could aptly “complement” Israel both by scale and scope.

In his 4th State of the Nation Address on Monday, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said the Philippines is ready to receive local and foreign investors, especially on agriculture.

This newest development shows the continuing growth of Israel-Philippines ties with trade in mind. Even though Israel remains fighting the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas in Gaza, the Jewish state still manages to have economic breakthroughs (click here and here). Given the fact that Israel won the 12-day War over terrorist state Iran, that alone is enough to be confident about Israel’s economy and the prospects of Israeli enterprises and entities investing overseas. Besides, the Philippines can benefit not only from the finances of Israeli investments, but also from Israel’s advanced technologies and job creation for Filipinos.

To my fellow Filipinos reading this, I encourage you to accept the truth that Israel is the land God designated specifically for the Jewish people (read Genesis 35:10-12) and His command must be followed without hesitation. If you want to be blessed further by the Lord, do so by loving and blessing the Jewish people (Genesis 12:1-3). I did my part when I was in Israel. Also, let me remind you all that the ties between the Jews and Christians are truly biblical!

I encourage you all to pray to the Lord God in support of Israel, to love and bless the Jewish people, and pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Pray to Him so that Israel-Philippines ties and cooperation will keep growing stronger and more resilient no matter what happens around the world.

If you truly believe in Lord Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God the Heavenly Father wholeheartedly and you continue to be faithful, you should be aware that Christians are meant to stand united with Israel and love the Jewish people no matter what. You can do your part supporting Israel by donating to Christians United for Israel (CUFI). Do not forget to read the Holy Bible, then pray in tongues to the Lord in the privacy of your room with the door shut.

Always be the fearless and aggressive church of Lord Jesus! Always stand in support of Israel and its ties with the Philippines!

Stop living as a worldly person and come to Lord Jesus

To those of you who are living with worldliness and are still under the influence of evil, I want to you realize that Lord Jesus is the Hope of ALL nations and you still have time change and submit yourselves to Him.

If you are part of the Islamo-Leftist mob and you have participated in serving the terrorist state of Iran, you allowed Qatar’s sinister leaders to influence you with terrorist news network Al Jazeera, you supported Palestinian terrorists and hated Israel, you can stop being evil and come to Lord Jesus for submission and repentance.

If you are part of the Satanic Left and you have participated in the disruptive activities of the woke mob, the LGBTQ gangs, the anti-Christian mob, the Black Lives Matter racism movement, the Islamo-Leftists and illegal immigration supporters, you can stop living with foolishness and just come out and surrender to Lord Jesus now. Do not be afraid because the Lord is gentle and all you need to do is to surrender to Him, repent to Him and allow the Holy Spirit to enter your heart.

If you are part of idolatrous, organized religion and you harassed many people because you intended to impose your beliefs on them, you should stop yourself and take the time to see the light of Lord Jesus who offers hope that you never realized. Lord Jesus is the hope of ALL nations and clearly your unholy religious teachers and idols never told you about His hope nor did they want you to know God’s plan for you. Always remember that religion treats you like a trapped animal and that you are never worthy. Lord Jesus is the way to God, and you don’t need religion.

USAID formally shut down and incorporated into State Department

They finally did it! The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) –the independent agency of the American government responsible for administering civilian and foreign aid – was formally shut down by the Trump administration and has been incorporated into the State Department, according to a news report by Breitbart.

It should be remembered that USAID was heavily abused for a long time and a lot of taxpayers’ money was abused for questionable and wrongful purposes around the world such as funding LGBTQ projects, pushing abortion overseas, overseas tourism promotions, terrorist funding, creating a Sesame Street in Iraq, creating a mural in Parañaque City, and more.

As expected, there are high-profile figures who still want USAID to continue even though the abuses have been exposed. This new development with USAID is undeniably a major change decades in the making and United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued statements defending the move.

To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the Breitbart news report. Some parts in boldface.

The US foreign aid agency formally closed down Tuesday, with President Donald Trump’s administration trumpeting the end of the “charity-based model” despite predictions that millions of lives will be lost.

Founded in 1961 as John F. Kennedy sought to leverage aid to win over the developing world in the Cold War, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) has now been incorporated into the State Department — after Secretary of State Marco Rubio slashed 85 percent of its programming.

In a farewell to remaining staff on Monday, former presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama — as well as U2 frontman Bono — saluted their work and said it was still needed.

Bush pointed to PEPFAR, the massive US effort to fight HIV/AIDS that he considers one of the top achievements of his 2001-2009 Republican presidency.

“This program shows a fundamental question facing our country — is it in our nation’s interest that 25 million people who would have died now live? I think it is,” Bush said in a video message seen by AFP.

Obama, who like Bush has been sparing in openly criticizing Trump, said that ending USAID was “inexplicable” and “will go down as a colossal mistake.”

“Gutting USAID is a travesty and it is a tragedy because it’s some of the most important work happening anywhere in the world,” the Democrat said.

A study published in the medical journal The Lancet predicted that more than 14 million people would die, a third of them small children, by 2030 due to the foreign aid cuts.

‘Little to show’ – Rubio painted a drastically different picture of USAID, which was an early target of a sweeping government cost-cutting drive led for Trump by billionaire Elon Musk.

Rubio said that USAID’s “charity-based model” fueled “addiction” by developing nations’ leaders and that trade was more effective.

“Beyond creating a globe-spanning NGO industrial complex at taxpayer expense, USAID has little to show since the end of the Cold War,” Rubio wrote in an essay.

He also complained that many recipients of US aid do not vote with the United States at the United Nations and that rival China often enjoys higher favorability among the public.

A senior State Department official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that The Lancet study relied on “incorrect assumptions” and said the United States will continue aid but in a “more efficient” way.

He said that PEPFAR will remain, with a priority on stopping HIV transmission from mothers to children.

But he acknowledged the United States was no longer funding PrEP medication, which significantly reduces the rate of HIV transmission and has been encouraged by high-risk communities.

“No one is saying that gay men in Africa shouldn’t be on PrEP. That’s wonderful. It doesn’t mean that the United States has to pay for every single thing,” the official said.

He said the Trump administration was looking at “new and innovative solutions” and pointed to food deliveries in war-battered Gaza staffed by US military contractors and surrounded by Israeli troops.

Witnesses, the United Nations and local Gaza officials have reported that Israeli troops have repeatedly opened fire and killed Palestinians waiting for aid — although the US-backed initiative, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, denies any deadly incidents.

#1 Retrospective look back at Superman (1978) – I don’t know with you readers but I am not excited about the new Superman movie directed by James Gunn. Nowadays I am more nostalgic about DC Comics’ most famous superhero and I have been reading decades-old Superman comic books. As for movies about Superman, the 1978 movie that starred Christopher Reeve remains a classic for long-time fans of the Man of Steel. If you are wondering how much impact does Superman of 1978 have on YouTubers, watch the videos posted below. If you have not seen Superman of 1978 yet, watch it first. Otherwise, enjoy the assorted videos below.

#2 Trump-led America obliterates nuclear sites in Iran – As Israel and terrorist state Iran continued their war, the United States led by President Donald Trump pulled off a significant move by heavily bombing the enemy’s nuclear sites. With the wicked regime of Iran (in power since 1979) substantially weakened, the bombings were very helpful not only to Israel but also to the Iranian people (who did not join their evil government’s terrorism) who had been wanting freedom for a long time. #3 PatmanQC examines Tapper – With my digital Xbox copy of Midway Arcade Origins, I was able to play the classic arcade game Root Beer Tapper (AKA Tapper) on my Xbox Series X. I’ve been having a lot of fun playing it and I admire the game’s design and responsive controls. For the newcomers reading this, Tapper was first released in arcades by Midway in the 1980s and made it to many computers and consoles. Not only that, the game has intriguing details behinds its history and there was more than one version of Tapper released. #4 Unsolved Mysteries Season 5 Episode 8 – As I was doing a round of replaying past episodes of Unsolved Mysteries (hosted by the late Robert Stack), I replayed the 8^th episode of the show’s 5^th season. The said episode has an intriguing story about a man’s close encounter with a UFO in North America, a scandal within Frontera prison, a shocking crime story and updates to previous stories shown. #5 Defiant Comics revisited – If you are into comic books, have you ever heard of Defiant Comics? I would not be surprised if you have not heard of the publisher or if never ready any of its comic books. Founded in 1993 by former Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Jim Shooter, Defiant Comics published some comic books that had new and unique concepts (read my reviews of Warriors of Plasm #1 and Charlemagne #1) that went against type. Unfortunately the company went out of business in 1995 as a result of having to spend a lot of money on a legal battle with Marvel Comics. On YouTube, there are not too many retrospective videos about Defiant Comics and I posted below a video that can help you discover comics, cards and details about the said publisher.

#1 Retrospective look back at The Lost World: Jurassic Park – What can be said about 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park? In my view, the Steven Spielberg-directed sequel to Jurassic Park symbolically emphasized how extreme Ian Malcom and Sarah Harding (symbolically the unhinged animal rights activists) would go to protect the dinosaurs (the animals) by causing chaos against their fellow humans while believing in the falsehood they are doing the right thing. As it was one of the biggest box office hits of 1997, it is not surprising to see The Lost World: Jurassic Park become the subject of many reaction videos and retro reviews online. Watch the videos I selected for you below.

#2 PatmanQC examines Moon Patrol – Were you able to play any version of Moon Patrol before? While I never got to play its original arcade version (developed by Irem of Japan), I managed to play its Atari 2600 version. Moon Patrol was a huge arcade hit in America in the early 1980s and it is remembered for introducing full parallax scrolling that made its visuals stand out. #3 Greta Thunberg and her fellow anarchists humiliated – Recently the worldwide fraud, liar and Palestinian terrorist supporter Greta Thunberg attempted to trespass to the Gaza strip by boat with a bunch of companions (who are actually anarchists) not to help the locals but do it all for publicity and social media buzz. Their attempt failed as they got intercepted at sea by Israel and it is very clear that the area of water by the Gaza strip is restricted. Thunberg LIED about being kidnapped and attacked by Israeli forces when, in fact, she and her companions were treated nicely and humanely by Israel, and they were provided snacks and drinking water. Obviously, Thunberg has a very distorted view of reality and she loves to spread lies a lot. #4 Ashleigh Burton reacts to Mars Attacks – What do you get when you have a UFO invasion concept with Tim Burton as director and an all-star cast? The result is Mars Attacks! from 1996. The film was a cinematic adaptation based on the trading card franchise Mars Attacks, and it was a science fiction tale mixed with dark comedy. Some people found it entertaining while there were others who found it very weird. You should see how Mars Attacks! draws reactions from Ashleigh Burton in the video below.

Even by today’s standards, this film’s core concept remains very weird or totally unique as it had lots of motorcycle thrills, cowboys with their guns, and a very unusual approach on time-travel and its consequences. #3 You, Me and the Movies react to The Punisher (1989) – Remember when Dolph Lundgren played The Punisher in a low budget movie released in 1989? Even though a lot of people rejected it, the film remains important as it helped the Marvel Comics assassin start entering mainstream entertainment. Two more Punisher movies were released in the 2000s and then a TV series about The Punisher was established. #4 Ashleigh Burton reacts to Lethal Weapon 3 – When Lethal Weapon 3 was released in cinemas here in the Philippines in 1992, it unsurprisingly became big hit with local moviegoers and Mel Gibson was already popular among Filipinos. I missed out on the film’s cinematic run but managed to watch it on home video. If you want an enjoyable look back at Lethal Weapon 3 but you don’t have time to watch it entirely, watch Ashleigh Burton’s fun reaction video.

#5 PatmanQC examines Hook – Were you able to watch the Steven Spielberg film Hook when it was first released in cinemas in 1991? I missed out on its theatrical run (note: it opened in February 1992 here in the Philippines) but managed to watch it on home video and later played the video game adaptation on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). #6 Hamas misinformation debunked! – Let me remind you all the truth about Palestinian terrorist group Hamas…they are terrorists funded and supported by Iran and Qatar, they committed genocide against Israel and foreigners on October 7, 2023, and they are pure evil, greedy and barbaric. Hamas is also responsible for the suffering of the Palestinians (who did not join their terrorism activities) living in the Gaza strip. As America and Israel joined forces to provide humanitarian aid directly to the Gaza residents, Hamas became desperate with their tactics, lied about what happened, and they have the Islamo-Leftist mainstream news media outlets to propagate the deception worldwide. #1 Retrospective videos of Krull – I was a young boy when I saw Krull inside the cinema way back in 1983. It was an entertaining experience for me as the movie had a clever mix of fantasy, science fiction and even horror in its presentation. As many years passed by, I replayed Krull as an adult on cable TV and DVD, and it still remained entertaining. For those of you who intend to learn more about (or rediscover) Krull, I posted below some videos for your enjoyment. If you have not seen Krull yet, watch the movie entirely first.

#2 The George Foreman Grill remembered – The late George Foreman will be remembered for a long time. He made an impact on the world in professional boxing during his younger days and made a tremendous comeback by becoming the oldest heavyweight champion at age 45. Along the way, he became a preacher of God’s Word, led a local church and managed a youth center. Along the way, the late Foreman found tremendous success by endorsing a product that became the George Foreman Grill. To find out more about the Foreman and the popular grill, watch the video below.

#3 France’s President humiliated – With the way he is leading France as its President and the way he is helping Palestinian terrorists by antagonizing Israel, Emmanuel Macron is on the wrong side of history. #4 Ashleigh Burton reacts to Casper – It has been a little over thirty years since the live-action movie Casper was released in cinemas. As a young boy, I read some Casper comic books and saw some episodes of the cartoon shows on TV but I never was a fan of the character. I did not see the Casper film until it started showing on cable TV. Casper of 1995 does not interest me much but you should see how it draws reactions from Ashleigh Burton in the video below.

#5 PatmanQC examines Cruis’n USA – Cruis’n USA is one of those hit arcade games from the 1990s that I never got to play in Iocal arcades. Most of the time, I received information of Cruis’n USA primarily due to its port for Nintendo 64 (N64) being heavily reported by video game journalists back then. #6 Ramnexus examines Oblivion Remastered – It’s been over a month since Oblivion Remastered (full title: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion – Remastered) was released, and I still have not played it on my Xbox Series X. While it is popular with gamers, I still was not convinced to return to subscribing to Xbox Game Pass (XGP) for it. The original Oblivion of 2006 is one of my favorite RPGs of the 21^st century and I just might consider playing its remastered version someday. For now, I am just watching YouTube videos of the remastered game and I found a recent video by Ramnexus that turns out to be an engaging look at it. Watch Ramnexus’ video below.

I Love Israel: Philippines reaffirms commitment to strengthen multifaceted partnership with Israel

During the Israel Independence Day reception in Makati City, the government of the Philippines reaffirmed its commitment to strengthen its multifaceted partnership with Israel, according to a news article by the Philippine News Agency (PNA).

The Philippine government reaffirmed its commitment to further strengthen its partnership with Israel, spanning key areas, such as agriculture and security.

Speaking at the Israel Independence Day reception in Makati on Thursday night, Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Jesus Domingo said Manila is eager to “further strengthen” this multifaceted partnership with the Jewish state.

Domingo said the two states share a deep and unique friendship rooted in history when the Philippines opened its door to Jewish people fleeing the Holocaust and voted in favor of a United Nations resolution to establish the State of Israel.

“These historical cornerstones form the bedrock of our strong bilateral ties over the decades, our relationship continues to expand,” he said, citing the dynamic Philippine-Israel cooperation on agriculture, technology and innovation, and security.

People-to-people connections, he added, have grown through tourism, culture exchanges, and the two nations’ shared democratic values.

“We are confident that by continuing to work together, we can achieve greater prosperity and security for both our nations and contribute positively to the global community,” he said.

Outgoing Israel Ambassador to the Philippines Ilan Fluss, meanwhile, conveyed similar hopes for stronger Philippine-Israel relations as he noted the new depth in the two states’ partnership over the past years.

This newest development shows the continuing growth of Israel-Philippines ties through the high level officials during the event in Makati. Even as anti-Semitism intensifies and Islamo-Leftists forces (including their mainstream news media partners-in-crime) around the world keep on condemning Israel, the government of the Philippines still recognizes the Jewish state and values Israel-Philippines ties. Pray to the Lord that President Bongbong Marcos will make moves for better engagement with Israel.

Overseas, Israel is making notable progress against the remaining forces of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas in Gaza, while keeping a close watch on the terrorist state Iran which itself is negotiating with Trump-led America. Watch closely what will happen next and never lose sight on the deceptive moves of the sinister leaders of Qatar who openly support Palestinian terrorists, hate Israel and shamelessly propagate Islamic terrorism through Al Jazeera.

Always be the fearless and aggressive church of Lord Jesus! Always stand in support of Israel and its ties with the Philippines!

#1 Popcorn in Bed reacts to Planet of the Apes (1968) – YouTuber Popcorn in Bed finally did it…posting a reaction video featuring the classic science fiction movie Planet of the Apes (1968). The video has both Cassie and Carly reacting to the Charlton Heston-led film. Considering how many Planet of the Apes reaction videos have been posted on YouTube, I can say that Popcorn in Bed’s video is entertaining to watch. Watch it now!

#2 Comparison video of Avowed and Oblivion – In case you missed the news, the long-awaited Xbox-exclusive fantasy role-playing game (RPG) Avowed has been released and it is the latest game from RPG specialist Obsidian Entertainment (an Xbox game studio). Recently, someone posted a new video comparing Avowed with the 2006 RPG The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion focused on specific details. It’s clear that Obsidian still has a long way to go to truly make Avowed’s world a living and breathing realm. I encourage you all to watch it now.

#3 Slope Game Room examines the history of Zombies Ate My Neighbors – Recently, I purchased the digital collection of Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Ghoul Patrol for my Xbox Series X. As of this writing, I’m still playing Zombies Ate My Neighbors – specifically the Super NES version – and I’m enjoying it. First released in 1993, Zombies Ate My Neighbors was developed by LucasArts and published by Konami for the two 16-bit consoles of the time. #4 CNN supports Hamas terrorists – I don’t trust the opinions and news publishing of CNN (originally called Cable News Network) which has turned into a propaganda machine for the corrupted Democrats, Islamo-Leftists, and woke mobs. In recent times, CNN had an entire segment defending the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and the two personalities who spoke clearly have no love for Israel. #5 You, Me and the Movies react to Air Force One – At last, YouTuber You, Me and the Movies posted its reaction video featuring the 1997 blockbuster Air Force One with Harrison Ford playing a tough, fictional US President. It is an entertaining reaction video to watch and the old film itself is relevant once again as Trump-led America today has toughened its stance against terrorists. If you have not seen the film, watch it first. Otherwise, enjoy the video below.

#6 Ashleigh Burton reacts to a 1999 comedy – I never saw the 1999 comedy 10 Things I Hate About You in the cinema but some friends of mind did and they found it funny and memorable. A few years later, I finally saw it on cable TV and home video and it was entertaining. Recently, Ashleigh Burton posted her reaction video and I enjoyed how she responded to it.
