An unexpected turn of events just happened as US President Donald Trump announced that America and the Islamic terrorist regime of Iran had very good and productive conversations and already he instructed the Department of War to postpone all military strikes against the Iranian power plants for a period of five days, according to a news report by The Jerusalem Post.

US President Donald Trump asserted on Monday that the US and Iran have had “very good and productive” discussions over the last two days regarding a permanent end to the war.

“I am pleased to report that the United States of America, and the country of Iran, have had, over the last two days, very good and productive conversations regarding a complete and total resolution of our hostilities in the Middle East,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf is leading the talks with the United States, a source told The Jerusalem Post.

Trump added that, based on the “tenor and tone” of the discussions, which he described as “in depth, detailed, and constructive,” he had instructed the Department of Defense to postpone planned military strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure.

According to the president, the delay will span a five-day period, “subject to the success of the ongoing meetings and discussions.“

Trump’s post contradicts a statement he published on the social media platform the day prior, when the president vowed the US would destroy Iran’s power plants if the Strait of Hormuz was not fully opened within 48 hours.

Iran reportedly denies talks to end war – An Iranian source later denied that the US and Iran were holding talks about ending the war.

“There is no direct contact with Trump, not even through intermediaries. Trump retreated after hearing that our targets would be all power plants in West Asia,” the unnamed source told the Iranian state-affiliated Fars News Agency.

I am surprised by this newest development. Trump previously announced that America would strike the power plants of the terrorist regime if Iran does not fully open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours. The United States will destroy Iran’s power plants if the Strait of Hormuz is not fully opened within 48 hours, US President Donald Trump threatened in a Truth Social post on Saturday night.

“If Iran doesn’t FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS,” Trump wrote.

The US strikes will start with “the biggest one [power plant] first,” Trump stated.

Trump’s statement follows a report in Japanese media that Tehran is ready to let Japanese-related vessels pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

The report came from Kyodo News, citing Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

Tehran has started talks with Tokyo about possibly opening the Strait, Araghchi told the Japanese news agency in a phone interview on Friday.

Meanwhile, the US and its allies have ramped up efforts to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, deploying low-flying warplanes to strike Iranian boats and Apache helicopters to intercept drones, US officials told the Wall Street Journal on Thursday.

If the Islamic terrorist regime of Iran refuses to give in to Trump, I would not be surprised. Iran’s wicked leaders prefer to die fighting and terrorizing the region instead of doing things diplomatically. Iran is guilty of not only attacking Israel but also Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Islamist Qatar and others. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) – an intergovernmental military alliance between more than thirty member states – was slammed by US President Donald J. Trump and labeled a paper tiger due to its cowardice as it never supported the military operations against the Islamic terrorist regime of Iran, according to a news report by Newsmax.

President Donald Trump on Friday blasted NATO and key European allies, calling the alliance “a paper tiger” and accusing its members of cowardice for refusing to back efforts to secure the Strait of Hormuz while the United States and Israel continue military strikes against Iran.

“Without the U.S.A., NATO IS A PAPER TIGER!” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post. “They didn’t want to join the fight to stop a Nuclear Powered Iran.

“Now that fight is Militarily WON, with very little danger for them, they complain about the high oil prices they are forced to pay, but don’t want to help open the Strait of Hormuz, a simple military maneuver that is the single reason for the high oil prices.“

Although Trump has argued the conflict is effectively over and that Iran’s military has been severely weakened, he has stopped short of formally declaring victory.

“So easy for them to do, with so little risk,”Trump wrote. “COWARDS, and we will REMEMBER!“

Trump’s criticism came after Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands signaled Thursday that they were prepared to assist in keeping the vital shipping lane open.

“We express our readiness to contribute to appropriate efforts to ensure safe passage through the Strait,” the countries’ leaders wrote in a letter. “We welcome the commitment of nations who are engaging in preparatory planning.”

The letter did not specify what role those countries would play in any Hormuz security effort. The strait carries about 20% of the world’s daily oil supply, and the joint statement also voiced “deep concern” over the effect of Iranian strikes on global energy markets.

The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands are NATO members.

Trump has repeatedly pressed NATO and European allies to help secure the Strait of Hormuz and has urged several countries to take part in the military campaign, though they have so far resisted direct involvement.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Thursday he believes the alliance and its members will ultimately reach a solution to restore passage through the strategic waterway.

“I’m confident that allies, as always, will do everything in support of our shared interest as we always do,” he said.

This development raises doubts about the credibility and relevance of NATO in the 21^st century. Among NATO’s members are Spain and Turkey whose leaders openly support Islamic terrorists and hate Israel. I am surprised that Italy – led by its conservative Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni – did not get involved considering her nation’s healthy ties with Trump’s America and Israel. Let’s be clear here…a lot of European nations rely on oil tankers that pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Finally, I believe it is arrogant and wrong for NATO to ignore Iran’s attacks against other states in the Gulf such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and even Islamist Qatar.

Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi told U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday that Japan is ready to contribute to the safety of the Strait of Hormuz as the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran intensifies, while explaining Tokyo’s legal constraints on sending ships from its defense forces to the region.

Takaichi told reporters after her meeting at the White House with Trump that she told the U.S. leader “in detail what Japan can do and cannot do” from a legal perspective under the country’s war-renouncing Constitution.

Trump, for his part, reiterated his expectation that Japan would be engaged, while saying during the part of their talks open to media that he believes Japan has been “stepping up to the plate” in recent days over the Iran war, “unlike NATO.”

“We were able to affirm many concrete forms of cooperation that will further enhance the quality of our alliance in wide-ranging fields,” Takaichi said, adding that she and Trump are aiming to elevate bilateral ties to “a higher level” together.

Trump welcomed Japan buying “a lot of” U.S. military equipment. He further stressed that he has a “very fine relationship” with Takaichi, describing her as “a very special person” who is doing a “fantastic job.”

The U.S. side did not bring up fresh demands for Japan to spend more on its defense, the officials said.

Takaichi’s main goals in her first trip to the United States since taking office in October were to strengthen the personal trust in her ties with Trump and reaffirm the U.S. security commitment to the Indo-Pacific region as China’s influence grows.

The meeting came amid increasing concerns within Japan that the U.S. focus in terms of policy and military assets could shift from the Indo-Pacific to the Middle East if the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran drags on, a development that would work in China’s favor.

Trump Says War With Iran To End “Very Soon”

Since the first strikes happened on February 28, the joint military operations of the United States and Israel have heavily damaged the military, energy and government sites of the Islamic terrorist state of Iran. As the war with Iran has impacted the global economy and a new so-called supreme leader of Iran was selected, US President Donald Trump stated that the war is expected to end “very soon” but not at the end of this week, according to a news report by Kyodo News.

U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday the ongoing war with Iran is expected to be over “very soon” but ruled out the possibility of it coming to an end this week.

“We’re winning very decisively. We’re way ahead of schedule,” Trump, who had initially predicted the conflict could last four to five weeks, claimed during a press conference in Florida.

Trump’s remarks came after Iran selected Mojtaba Khamenei as its new supreme leader after his father was killed in the first wave of U.S.-Israeli strikes.

Khamenei, the late leader’s second son, is known for his close ties with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. His rise to power has raised concern among many countries that the war, entering its second week, could further destabilize the Middle East and quickly ripple through the global economy.

While insisting that the United States has achieved an “unprecedented” military success, Trump said he was “disappointed” with Iran’s choice of supreme leader.

“We think it’s going to lead to just more of the same problem for the country,” he said.

Sending conflicting messages, Trump also warned that the United States will aggressively attack Iran if it attempts to block the world’s energy supply.

It seems that the joint Israel-America operations have achieved more than what was previously expected. The Islamic regime’s navy has been demolished, the air force crushed, and the oil refineries destroyed. It has also been reported that more military personnel of the regime have left their posts and moved out of the country using fake passports. The oppressed Iranians, meanwhile, should get more motivated to go out and protest as the regime’s military and police forces weaken.

Looking at the bigger picture, the massive devastation on the Islamic terrorist state made the leaders of Russia and Communist China worried. China needs oil from Iran while Russia needs Iranian-made weapons. Geopolitically, it’s like Trump’s America stuck two birds with one stone. Going back to Iran, there are opportunities for the affected Iranians to move out of the country and enter Armenia as refugees. In response to what happened, Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae urged Iran to solve its conflict with America and Israel diplomatically, according to a news report by Kyodo News. She also demanded Iran to stop destabilizing the region.

Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Monday urged Iran to seek a “diplomatic solution” amid an escalation in the Middle East conflict following U.S. and Israeli strikes targeting Tehran.

At a parliamentary committee meeting, Takaichi demanded Iran stop any actions that “destabilize the region” including its nuclear weapon development, which she said is “absolutely unacceptable,” as well as attacks on its surrounding countries.

“We will work in coordination with the international community toward an early deescalation of the situation and continue to make every necessary diplomatic effort,” Takaichi said, without expressing her view on the weekend bombardment launched by the United States, Japan’s close security ally, and Israel.

Those who are loyal to the wicked Khamenei are openly grieving while the Iranians who craved for freedom are celebrating. The dead Ayatollah ruled Iran for decades and he was clearly a mass murderer, a human rights violator and committed so many other acts of evil comparable with what other evil dictators did. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in joint Israeli-U.S. airstrikes early Saturday, President Donald Trump said.

“Khamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

Iranian state media confirmed the Supreme Leader’s death.

“This is not only Justice for the people of Iran, but for all Great Americans, and those people from many Countries throughout the World, that have been killed or mutilated by Khamenei and his gang of bloodthirsty THUGS,” Trump continued.

“He was unable to avoid our Intelligence and Highly Sophisticated Tracking Systems and, working closely with Israel, there was not a thing he, or the other leaders that have been killed along with him, could do,” Trump added.

“This is the single greatest chance for the Iranian people to take back their Country.“

The president cited reports that many Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, security, and police forces “no longer want to fight, and are looking for Immunity from us.”

“As I said last night, ‘Now they can have Immunity, later they only get Death!'” Trump wrote.

“Hopefully, the IRGC and Police will peacefully merge with the Iranian Patriots, and work together as a unit to bring back the Country to the Greatness it deserves,” he continued.

“That process should soon be starting in that, not only the death of Khamenei but the Country has been, in only one day, very much destroyed and, even, obliterated,” Trump wrote.

“The heavy and pinpoint bombing, however, will continue, uninterrupted throughout the week or, as long as necessary to achieve our objective of PEACE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST AND, INDEED, THE WORLD!”

Previously, Newsmax correspondent Zach Anders reported that Khamenei was killed, and Newsmax later confirmed the Iranian leader’s death.

In a televised address Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel eliminated Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commanders, senior regime officials, and senior nuclear officials.

He added that in the coming days, “we will hit thousands of targets of the terror regime.”

“There are growing indications that [Khamenei] is no longer alive,” Netanyahu said, according to The Jerusalem Post. He did not provide additional details.

Netanyahu’s comments came after Israel and the U.S. launched attacks on Iranian military targets in what Israel has dubbed Operation Roaring Lion and the U.S. has called Operation Epic Fury.

Israel’s Channel 12 News reported that Netanyahu was shown an image of Khamenei’s body after Iranian authorities recovered it from his compound in Tehran, The Times of Israel reported.

Israel carried out a massive strike on the compound in the opening salvo of attacks on Iran early Saturday.

Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Yechiel Leiter updated American officials that Israel had succeeded in killing Khamenei, a source familiar with the matter told The Times of Israel, confirming earlier reporting by Axios.

Khamenei, 86, became Iran’s highest authority in 1989 following the death of the Islamic Republic’s founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.

Israel long viewed Khamenei as a destabilizing force in the Middle East, citing his backing for terrorist groups including Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis.

He had been the target of several assassination attempts since the Islamic Revolution of 1979. Most notably, on June 27, 1981, a bomb exploded during a speech at a mosque in Tehran, severely injuring him and permanently paralyzing his right arm, according to The Jerusalem Post.

At this stage, the Islamic terrorist government of Iran has been severely weakened and are still operating, even vowing to keep retaliating against America and Israel. The Islamic regime already launched missiles at American facilities in Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait which only showed how evil they are and how much they disregard human life.

Let’s be clear here. Khamenei was a demon and he led the Islamic terrorist state of Iran since 1989. Many times has the demonic Ayatollah declared death to America and Israel, and he openly hated Western democracy and norms. That said, the elimination of Khamenei has opened up new opportunities for the oppressed Iranians to stand up and oppose once again the remaining Islamic government forces, and take their country back. Those loyal to Khamenei can decide if they want to keep on serving the weakened regime or surrender themselves to live on with immunity.

Now that the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) won a great majority of the seats of Japan’s House of Representatives, Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae and her administration are now in a better position to implement policies to help the constituents and strengthen the nation, according to a news article by NHK World.

For insight, the LDP won 316 of the House of Representatives 465 seats. With the addition of the 36 seats won by the coalition partner Japan Innovation Party (JIP) – also referred to as Nippon Ishin no Kai – the grand total is 352 seats. This means the Prime Minister’s ruling coalition surpassed the two-thirds threshold required to overring the upper chamber (House of Councilors) and propose constitutional amendments. Very clearly, the voters of Japan have spoken and they want stability and the right direction for their country.

Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party overwhelmed the opposition for a historic victory in Sunday’s Lower House election.

Voters gave the LDP a massive majority of 316 seats, empowering Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae – who pledged to accelerate her policy agenda. This marked the first time in the postwar period that a single party secured more than two-thirds of the seats on its own.

But the largest opposition party, the Centrist Reform Alliance, lost a significant number of seats. Both of its co-presidents announced their resignations on Monday.

Maduro brutalized his fellow Venezuelans and is responsible with the intense deterioration of their national economy. Under Maduro, Venezuela cooperated with the terrorist state of Iran, Communist China and Putin’s Russia. Maduro is also involved in drug trafficking and narco-terrorism.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Venezuela is turning over 30 million to 50 million barrels of oil to the United States, with proceeds he said will benefit both the Venezuelan people and Americans.

Trump made the announcement in a post on Truth Social, just days after he authorized U.S. military action to remove socialist strongman Nicolas Maduro from power in Venezuela.

“I am pleased to announce that the Interim Authorities in Venezuela will be turning over between 30 and 50 MILLION Barrels of High Quality, Sanctioned Oil, to the United States of America,” Trump said in the post.

“This Oil will be sold at its Market Price, and that money will be controlled by me, as President of the United States of America, to ensure it is used to benefit the people of Venezuela and the United States!” he added.

Delcy Rodriguez was sworn in as Venezuela’s interim president Monday. Rodriguez indicated she would cooperate with Washington.

“I have asked Energy Secretary Chris Wright to execute this plan, immediately. It will be taken by storage ships, and brought directly to unloading docks in the United States,” Trump concluded his post.

Before the arrest of Maduro, Venezuela’s oil sector was a shadow of its former self despite holding the world’s largest proven oil reserves — estimated at over 300 billion barrels.

Decades of socialist mismanagement, expropriation of foreign assets, and U.S. sanctions decimated output, which fell from over 3 million barrels per day in the early 2000s to roughly 1 million barrels per day by 2025.

Sanctions forced much of the crude trade underground and shifted exports mainly to China, with Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) struggling to generate cash revenue. Production bottlenecks, lack of investment, and aging infrastructure kept Venezuela’s oil influence weak on global markets.
