The Alabang Hills Village Association (AHVA) announced that the 2026-2027 edition of its car stickers for non-residents motorists are now available and already applications are being accepted.
For accuracy, posted below is the excerpt about the2026-2027 non-resident/pass thru car stickers of Alabang Hills. Take note that the AHVA has a separate arrangement with the federation of BF Homes.
2. NON-RESIDENT
A. Private Cars (all vehicles with 3 or more wheels, including vans, pick-ups, & SUVs)
One-year sticker: P2,500 per car**
B. AHV-BF Residents (Discounted Fee-Reciprocity Arrangement)
-P2,000 per car for 5 cars / household
– personal use only ( business or commercial vehicles are not entitled to discount)
Download the official application form, print it, fill all the details and sign it. Also, get the endorsement of your homeowners’ association (HOA) or federation.
Book your appointment online selecting the available dates and time slots. Make sure you bring the vehicle’s official receipt (OR) and certificate of registration (CR). Also prepare the amount of money needed to pay for the new non-resident car sticker.

New Life Community Care Foundation International, Inc. (NLCOM) – the compassion arm of New Life Philippines located inside Alabang Hills Village in Muntinlupa City – presented its official report for the year 2024 during the February 9, 2025 worship service in Alabang.
In 2024, NLCOM did the following for the many victims and the affected communities: serving 598,833 hot meals, distributed 5,457 relief goods, rebuilt 1,200 homes, reached 49 communities and trained 447 individuals.
Compassion knows no boundaries, and our mission has no limits. In 2024, we witnessed this truth once again as NLCOM’s reach expanded even further, and the unwavering support and contributions of our donors, partners, and volunteers have been pivotal to that success. Thanks to their supply, we’ve been able to bring light, hope, and transformation to even more lives, making a profound impact on our community.
NLCOM presented its 2024 report on February 9, 2025, at New Life Alabang.
Beyond immediate relief, NLCOM remains committed to fostering long-term community resilience. In 2024, they conducted onsite and online resilience training and Psychological First Aid (PFA) workshops for city employees, volunteers and network churches in Manila and Catbalogan, Samar.
NLCOM also revealed that it has partnered with New Life Kathmandu to support 350 families in Nepal who were devastated by landslides on September 28, 2024.
In his message to the partners and friends, NLCOM Executive Director and Pastor Paul Giague stated:
As we reflect on the past year, we’re reminded of the numerous challenges we faced together – from devastating fires to powerful typhoons. Yet through every disaster, our collective resilience shone even brighter. We stood united, responding with compassion, reaching out with kindness, and rebuilding hope. In response to a fire that struck a community on New Year’s Day in Benguet province, New Life Community Care Foundation International, Inc. (NLCOM) – the compassion arm of New Life Philippines located inside Alabang Hills Village in Muntinlupa City – announced through social media that it teamed up with New Life La Trinidad to help the victims of Barangay Camp 6 in Tuba.

A donation drive was held last January 14, 2025 in Barangay Camp 6, Tuba, Benguet, to provide relief bags and jugs of water to the victims of the house fire that occurred on January 1, 2025. The NLCOM team successfully collected donations from their generous contributors while New Life La Trinidad distributed the goods.
Donations and prayers poured in after the house fire, which broke out just an hour after the traditional New Year celebration. The incident destroyed 29 homes, leaving 31 families (135 individuals) homeless.
When the donations were delivered to the Barangay Hall, some of the fire victims arrived to claim their relief goods, and some of the individuals, after receiving their donations, were assisted to their temporary shelter.
The team interviewed the fire victims, shared words of encouragement, and prayed for them. Before leaving the site, they also visited the area affected by the tragic fire. Dreams and memories were among the many things that turned to ashes in the devastating aftermath. We are truly grateful for the capacity to help the community start to rebuild what was destroyed.

Today is the first day of December. Not only does this reminds us that 2024 is coming to an end, it is also a reminder that Christmas is nearing. That being said, today is also the final day of the 2024 Christmas bazaar of Alabang Hills Village Association (AHVA) and there is still time for you to buy items for gift-giving.
The AHVA’s Christmas bazaar officially launched on the morning of November 29 at the Phase 2 park using the two covered courts – one covered court has the many sellers of assorted goods (bags, clothes, household items, toys, decorations and more) and the other has the small businesses that sell different types of food and beverages. The two covered courts are located along Legaspi street.

Also present were sellers of food and drinks for the needs of visitors.
Going back to AHVA’s message, they specified the exact number of vendors of the Megarahe Sale 2024 although no numbers nor estimates were provided about the people who attended and/or shopped. Of course, it is very challenging to determine how many visitors arrived and how many individual transactions happened.

NLCOM’s heart to help has always gone beyond reaching the nearby communities only. In coordination with @newlifebalanga , we were able to respond to severely impacted families of flood in Townsite, Cabcaben, Mariveles, Bataan last September 13, Friday. They are still reeling from the effects of the Severe Tropical Storm Enteng.
Flooding has been a usual sight in the area during common heavy rains due to its weak flood control infrastructure, but Enteng’s onslaught is said to be one of the biggest after Super Typhoon Josie in 2018, according to the residents, as the flood gushed with strong current and mud on September 2. We were able to distribute 100 relief bags along with pre-loved clothes, shoes, and toys for children to these severely affected families who were temporarily sheltered in the town’s elementary school a week ago.
The townspeople expressed how they were grateful for the help we have extended to them. Your partnership with us will allow us to reach more communities in need like Barangay Cabcaben – not just by bringing essentials but by being there to remind them of Jesus’ love and the hope He brings.

This year’s edition of the popular Megarahe Sale of the Alabang Hills Village Association (AHVA) is all set to happen at the Phase 2 Park inside Alabang Hills Village on September 28 and 29, 2024. The admission is free and each day of the sale will start at 7AM and end at 7PM.
As with the past editions of the Megarahe Sale (sometimes referred to as “Megarahe Sale & Kids Bazaar, Ukay-Okay!”), this year’s sale will have a variety of goods for sale such as clothes, shoes, bags, wallets and other household items that customers can choose from. There will also be a selection food and drinks for the needs of visitors.

(NLCOM) – the compassion arm of New Life Philippines located inside Alabang Hills Village in Muntinlupa City – announced through social media that it has provided assistance and relief to typhoon victims in Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Manila and Cavite.
Typhoon Carina has since left the Philippines but the people who got affected by it are still struggling to get back to normal. That being said, NLCOM’s assistance for the victims who called for help was crucial and their staff worked hard with the preparations of relief.

NLCOM immediately swung into action as Super Typhoon Carina left its trail of destruction on Thursday morning.
Its emergency response team was mobilized, coordinating with partners, conducting assessments, and delivering relief bags and hot meals to nearby areas gravely affected by the flooding.
A total of 200 relief bags were distributed to families in Baseco Compound (Port Area, Manila), Muntinlupa, and Pulang Lupa (Las Pinas) on July 25. We also served a total of 1,300 hot meals to flood victims the same day in Wawa (Bacoor Cavite), San Isidro, San Dionisio, and Sto Nino (all in Parañaque).
