10% discount for property owners in Las Piñas City in effect until March 2025

Good news for those who own properties in Las Piñas City! The City Government announced that property owners will be granted a 10% discount on their 2025 annual real property tax (RPT) once they pay their taxes specifically from December 1, 2024 up to March 21, 2025, according to a Manila Standard news report.
