Muntinlupa City’s two most wanted persons apprehended

Recently in the City of Muntinlupa, local police officers arrested two most wanted persons – ranked 9^th and 10^th most wanted respectively – over illegal drugs cases, according to a Manila Bulletin news report.

The Muntinlupa police arrested the No. 9 and No. 10 most wanted persons who are facing cases for possession of illegal drugs on Feb. 27.

The first operation was conducted in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa that led to the arrest of alias Ricardo, 23, a tricycle driver and a resident of Barangay Alabang. Ricardo was ranked as the No. 9 top most wanted person for the first quarter of 2025.

Ricardo was apprehended by operatives from the Muntinlupa police’s Station Intelligence Section based on a warrant of arrest dated Jan. 28 issued by Presiding Judge Liezel Aquiatan of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 205.

After his arrest, Ricardo was taken to the City Health Center for a medical examination before being turned over to the police’s custodial and detention facility.

On the same day, police operatives arrested alias Cesar, 41, ranked as the No. 10 top most wanted person, on Montillano Street in Alabang.

He was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Abraham Joseph Alcantara of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 204.

The two men are facing cases for possession of dangerous drugs under Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

A fugitive woman, tagged as the No. 10 most wanted person by the police, was arrested in Muntinlupa on Feb. 1.

The Muntinlupa Police Warrant and Subpoena Unit arrested the suspect, identified as alias Evelyn, 55, a vendor, in Barangay Alabang for a drug case. Evelyn was listed as the No. 10 most wanted person at station level for the first quarter of 2025.

The warrant of arrest for service of sentence was issued by Acting Presiding Judge Desiree Gertrude Orquiola-Moldez of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 206 on Jan. 24.

Evelyn was arrested for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) under Section 13 (possession of dangerous drugs during parties, social gatherings, or meetings), and Section 14 (possession of equipment, instruments, apparatus, and other paraphernalia for dangerous drugs during parties, social gatherings, or meetings).

She is under the custody of the Muntinlupa Police pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.

Chinese national arrested in Parañaque City for possessing illegal drugs and firearm replica

A Chinese national was arrested by the Parañaque City Police for illegal possession of drugs and a replica gun on Friday, Dec. 13.

Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang identified the suspect as “Yuanbo,” 30. He was arrested by the Tambo Police Substation on D. Macapagal Boulevard in Barangay Tambo.

Yang said operatives from Tambo Police Substation were conducting routine patrol when they spotted the suspect on board an illegally parked white Toyota Vios.

Upon approaching the car, Yuanbo rudely instructed the officers to go away. This prompted them to ask for the suspect’s driver’s license and vehicle registration which he has none.

While inspecting Yuanbo’s car, the policemen recovered an airsoft gun between the driver and passenger seat of the vehicle as well as 11 grams of shabu worth P74,800 and a block of marijuana leaves worth P120,000.

Three Chinese nationals were arrested by members of the Parañaque City Police Sto. Nino Substation at a condominium in (Barangay) Don Galo, Parañaque City on Sunday night, Dec. 1.

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspects, identified as alias “Mao,” 41, alias “Wee,” 37, and alias “Hao,” 32, were arrested at around 7:10 p.m. for pointing a gun and threatening to kill a driver identified as alias “Dave,” 33.

Members of the Parañaque City Police Sto. Nino Substation responded after receiving a call from the security personnel of the condominium seeking police assistance.

The victim told the police that he was threatened at gun point by Mao who was being assisted by two other suspects during a heated argument.

The police recovered from Mao a 9mm pistol and one magazine with eight live ammunition.

The Parañaque City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) arrested two high value individuals (HVIs) wanted for illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Parañaque City on Sunday, November 17.

Southern Police District (SPD) director BGen. Bernard Yang identified the suspects as “Tony,” 52, and “Florentino,” 47. They were arrested in Barangay San Dionisio.

The duo yielded P170,000 worth of shabu and a .45 caliber pistol with live ammunition. An additional P510,000 worth of shabu was also recovered from the suspects.

Authorities arrested a high-value target and seized about PHP2 million worth of assorted party drugs in an anti-drug-operation in Parañaque City, the Southern Police District (SPD) said on Friday.

In a statement, SPD Director Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang identified the suspect as alias “Kylie,” 26, who was arrested during a buy-bust operation along Greenheights Avenue in Barangay San Dionisio, Parañaque City at about 5:35 p.m. on Thursday.

Yang said PHP2,055,900 worth of assorted party drugs were confiscated from the suspect, consisting of 141 grams of suspected cocaine, with an estimated street value of PHP747,300; 153 grams of suspected ketamine (PHP765,000); 274 grams of high-grade marijuana or “kush”(PHP411,000); and 78 pieces of assorted ecstasy tablets (PHP132,600).

Also seized were a weighing scale, one genuine PHP1,000 bill, and PHP64,000 in boodle money used in the buy-bust transaction

All recovered substances will be submitted to the SPD’s forensic unit for quantitative and qualitative analysis, while the suspect will face charges for violating Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Two individuals suspected of drug-related offenses were apprehended during a buy-bust operation executed by the Parañaque Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit, resulting in the seizure of shabu valued at P306,000 on Sunday, October 27.

According to the Southern Police District (SPD), the suspects, known by the aliases “Marty,” aged 54, and “Emely,” aged 30, were taken into custody at approximately 4:00 p.m. in Barangay San Antonio, Parañaque City.

The SPD reported that the operation culminated in the confiscation of 45 grams of shabu, amounting to P306,000, along with a P500 bill utilized as buy-bust money, a coin purse, and a mobile phone.

Following their arrest, the suspects were held at the police custodial facility and are facing charges for violations of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

A drug suspect was arrested by patrolling members of the Parañaque city police Substation 2 on Sunday, October 20.

According to the Southern Police District (SPD), the suspect identified as alias “Oliver,” 33 ws arrested at around 1:10 a.m. along Roxas Boulevard, Southbound, Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.

Investigation showed the victim, a female call center agent was seen by patrolling policemen who was frantically signaling for assistance.

The victim told police that she was threatened by the suspect with firearm and forcibly took her motorcycle.

The police said operatives from Substation 2 immediately responded and with the (victim’s) assistance was able to block and apprehended the fleeing suspect.

Recovered from the suspect were 20 grams of shabu worth P136,000, a replica .45 caliber pistol and the stolen motorcycle.

Government anti-narcotics authorities seized P68 million worth of shabu following the arrest of a Bureau of Correction (BuCor) personnel and two others during a buy-bust operation in Parañaque City, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday, August 12.

The PDEA stated that Paul Patrick Toledo, 27, a BuCOR Correction Officer 1, truck driver Romeo Guerrero, 34, and security guard Reynold Teodoro, 27, were arrested on August 9 during an entrapment operation in Skate Park, Bulungan.

Regional anti-narcotics police arrested an electronic (e)-bike driver and seized a total of PHP2.04 million worth of suspected shabu in a sting operation Monday evening.

The police identified the suspect as alias Demot, a 33-year-old resident of Spolarium Street in Barangay Duljo-Fatima, whose work is driving an e-bike for a fee.

The suspect yielded the packs containing what is believed to be shabu, weighing 300 grams with an estimated street value of PHP2,040,000.

“The police is now investigating to determine the source of illegal drugs of the suspect,” a statement from the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 7 (Central Visayas) said Tuesday.
