This past November in the City of Muntinlupa, a fire broke out in Barangay Alabang which affected ten households. Local firefighters were able to put out the fire and subsequently an evacuation center was set up for affected families and other victims.
New Life Community Care Foundation International, Inc. (NLCOM), the compassion arm of New Life Philippines located inside Alabang Hills Village, sent a team to the said evacuation center to support the victims in more ways than one. NLCOM is dedicated to responding to the immediate needs of communities that got hit by disasters and the organization has a track record for all to see.

We extended a helping hand to the resilient families impacted by the fire that razed Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa, and affected ten households.
NLCOM visited the evacuation center on November 11, delivering not just relief bags for the 25 affected families, but also a comforting meal of lunch and heartwarming ginatasang mais. As always, we stand strong in support and compassion to communities in need.

As their website states, the organization is committed to organizing activities from disaster preparedness trainings, relief goods distribution, mobile kitchen feeding operations, Psychological First Aid to kids and adults traumatized by a disaster, and rebuilding of damaged houses.
