P170,000 worth of illegal drugs seized and four suspects arrested in Parañaque City

In Parañaque City, law enforcers apprehended four individuals who apparently are connected with the proliferation of illegal drugs in Barangay San Dionisio, the Manila Bulletin reported. They also seized the illegal substance estimated to be worth P170,000.

Members of the Parañaque City police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) arrested four drug suspects who are reportedly the main source of shabu proliferating in Barangay San Dionisio on Monday, April 18.

Col. Maximo Sebastian, city police chief, identified the suspects as Sunsodin Abuin Nolutan, 33; Alvin Sakatani Dalamban, 25; Rohanin Ungad Ali, 22; and Fatima Delos Santos Abdulmari, 26, all residents of Parañaque City.

Sebastian said the suspects were arrested at about 5:20 p.m. along Vietnam St., Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Barangay San Dionisio. Confiscated from them were around P170,000 worth of shabu.

The city police chief said SDEU members conducted a buy-bust operation in coordination with the police Sub-Station 4 after receiving numerous complaints against the suspects on their illegal drugs trade.

Sebastian said confiscated from the suspects were 16 sachets of shabu weighing about 25 grams and worth P170,000.

Illegal substances seized and seven suspects arrested in Parañaque City

Yet another buy-bust operation happened in  Parañaque City and this time around seven suspects were arrested while almost P6 million worth of illegal drugs were confiscated, according to a Manila Bulletin news report.

Members of the Southern Police District-Drug Enforcement Unit (SPD-DEU) conducted a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of seven suspects and in the confiscation of P5.9 million worth of shabu on Monday night (Jan. 31).

SPD Director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg identified the suspects as Bablyn Cabuenas, 35; Edwin John Gonzales, 39; Ebrahim Karim, 29; Ronnie Bayao, 35; Omera Guimad, 30; Amira Carel, 21; and Datu Rajabuyan,19, all residents of Paranaque City.

Macaraeg said members of the SPD-DEU coordinated with the Paranaque City police Sub-Station 5 for the conduct of the buy-bust operation at about 11:10 p.m. at 159 Football St., Lopena Compound, Area 4, Fourth Estate, Barangay San Antonio, Paranaque City.

Confiscated from the suspects were eight heat sealed transparent sachets and one plastic pack containing about 882 grams of shabu worth P5,997,600.

The SPD chief said the arrested suspects were all brought to the SPD custodial facility and were charged with violation of Section 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.

Members of the Southern Police District (SPD) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) arrested two suspects during a buy-bust operation in Paranaque City and confiscated from them P340,000 worth of shabu on Tuesday (Jan. 25).

SPD Director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg identified the suspects as Kennedy Valan, 25, and Maynard Delos Santos, 25, both of Paranaque City.

Macaraeg said the suspects were arrested at about 8:55 p.m. at 3299 Kabesang Cillo, Barangay Tambo, Paranaque City.

He said SPD-DEU conducted a buy-bust operation after getting information from a concerned citizen that the suspects were the main source of shabu in Barangay Tambo.

The SPD chief said confiscated from the suspects were eleven plastic heat sealed transparent sachets containing shabu with a street value of P340,000.

Illegal drugs worth more than P3 million confiscated in Parañaque City

The City of Parañaque is once again the hot spot for illegal drugs and arrests as the Manila Bulletin recently reported the arrest of one suspect and the confiscation of illegal drugs worth more than P3 million as a result of a buy-bust operation that involved the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Government anti-narcotics operatives confiscated an estimated P3.45 million worth of shabu on Sunday, Dec. 12, following the arrest of a suspected drug pusher in a buy bust operation in Sucat, Parañaque City.

In a statement, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said the suspect Jimmy Kasim, 31, of Quiapo, Manila was nabbed at the parking lot of a fast food chain in Barangay San Antonio Valley 1 at 11;10 a.m. after selling illegal drugs to an undercover agent.

The operatives caught Kasim with 500 grams of shabu in his possession and is facing charges for violation of Section 5 (selling of dangerous drugs) of Article II of Republic Act (RA) 9165 otherwise known as “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.’’

Kasim is now under the PDEA custody and is awaiting the filing of charges.

Eight suspects arrested and over P40,000 worth of illegal drugs confiscated in Parañaque City

As Christmas is nearing and slowly bringing families together, drug-related arrests took place yet again in the city of Parañaque recently as reported by the Manila Bulletin. This is the result of separate operations that took place last week in the city.

Eight drug suspects were arrested by the Paranaque City police in separate operations conducted on Thursday (Dec. 9) and confiscated P40,800 worth of shabu.

Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg said the suspects arrested during a buy-bust operation were identified as Armando Tamayo, 53; Mark Anthony Manaois Pabua, 28; Edmundo Virtudazo Cahoy, 40; Arsenio Salvador Manaois, 40; Mona Donaisa Mangudadatu, 39; all residents of Paranaque City; and Geraldo Noveda Rivera, 40, of Salinas 4, Bacoor Cavite.

Two other suspects were arrested by the police in an earlier operation for sniffing shabu inside a shanty along Father St., Barangay Baclaran. They were identified as Carlito Velaso, 27, and Angelo Mactal, 26.

Macaraeg said the six suspects were arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Station Drug Enforcement (SDEU) Unit at about 7:00 p.m. along Sampaguita St., Tramo I, Barangay San Dionisio, Paranaque City.

He said confiscated from the six suspects were six grams of shabu amounting to P40,800 which were turned over to the SPD Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.

Drug bust operation in Parañaque City nets P2 million worth of illegal drugs and 3 suspects arrested

Another drugs-related crime development took place in Parañaque City which remains a hot spot for such unfortunate events. The Manila Bulletin reported that an estimated P2 million worth of the illegal substance called shabu were confiscated and three persons – including one food delivery motorist – got arrested as a result of a buy-bust operation that took place Barangay San Antonio.

A food panda delivery rider and two other family members were arrested by the Paranaque City police in a drug bust operation and confiscated from them more than P2-million worth of shabu on Wednesday night.

Col. Maximo Sebastian, Paranaque City police chief, identified the suspects as Arichea Doronilla, 49; Rene Robido,26, a food panda delivery rider; and Razal Doronilla, 38, welder, all residents of Paranaque City.

Sebastian said the suspects were arrested at about 1:30 p.m. in Block 8 Lot 7, Scoop St., Fourth Estate, Barangay, San Antonio, Paranaque City.

He said the suspects were all detained at the Paranaque City police custodial facility and charges of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) were filed against them.

The above report ended stating that the confiscated illegal drugs weigh around 300 grams and have since been turned over to the Southern Police District (SPD) Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.

Almost P130,000 worth of illegal drugs seized in Parañaque City

The Manila Bulletin recently reported that two individuals were arrested by police officers in Parañaque City and it turns out the suspects carried with them illegal drugs worth almost P130,000. The place of the apprehension was within Barangay Sto. Nino.

Paranaque City police arrested two female drug suspects and confiscated from them P129,000 worth of shabu on Monday.

Police identified the suspects as Esnaira Compania, 36, and Aurora Adriano, 43, both residents of Paranaque City. They are both detained at the Paranaque City police custodial facility.

Col. Maximo Sebastian said the suspects were arrested at about 6 p.m. along Wawa Ibabaw, NAIA Avenue, Barangay Sto. Nino, Paranaque City.

Sebastian said members of the Sto. Nino police sub-station were conducting Oplan Galugad when they spotted the suspects acting suspiciously.

The police said one of the patrolling policemen noticed Compania handing out to Adriano a package containing seven pieces of heat-seales transparent sachet of shabu.

P408,000 in illegal drugs confiscated in Parañaque City

Recently in the City of Parañaque, a buy-bust operation caught a man for possession of illegal drugs worth over P400,000 according to a Manila Bulletin news report.

Members of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU) and the local police confiscated P408,000 worth of shabu from a 25-year-old man during a busy-bust operation in Paranaque City Monday night.

Police identified the arrested suspect as Eduardo Silva, a resident of UPS-5 San Isidro, Paranaque City. He was charged with illegal possession of drugs and is now detained at RDEU custodial facility.

Investigation showed the suspect was nabbed at about 10 p.m. on San Juan St. in San Dionisio, Subdivision, UPS-5, San Isidro, Paranaque.

P500K in illegal drugs seized and 4 suspects apprehended in Parañaque City

The wave of crime involving illegal drugs continued in Parañaque City yet again (for past reports click herehereherehere, here and here) as the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that police officers and anti-drug agents successfully pulled off another buy-bust operation that resulted the arrest of four suspects and a little over half a million pesos worth of illegal substances.

Four were arrested in a drug bust in Parañaque City on Wednesday that also yielded over P500,000 worth of illegal drugs.

Operatives from the Southern Police District (SPD) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) apprehended suspects Myla Rodolfo, 43; Maria Elena Conche, 60; Gina Magyani, 57; and Annalyn dela Cruz, 33; in an operation at Manggahan St., Brgy. Dionisio at around 6 p.m., said SPD chief Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg Jr.

Seized in the bust were a total of 75 grams of suspected shabu or crystal meth valued at P510,000, two bundles of ‘boodle money,’ and the marked P1000 bill as buy-bust money.

The evidence seized was turned over to the SPD Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis. The arrested suspects will be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002).

The crime wave involving illegal substances continued in Parañaque City (for past reports click here, here, here, here and here) as the Manila Bulletin recently reported the successful buy-bust operation of the local police, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) which resulted the confiscation of more than P3 million worth of illegal drugs and the arrest of one suspect.

A drug suspect was arrested in possession of P3.4 million worth of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) during a buy-bust operation by combined operatives from the Parañaque police, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Saturday.

Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg commended the operatives for the arrest of suspect Nabel Sarip, 23, a resident of Parañaque.

Macaraeg said the suspect was arrested at about 3:10 p.m. in front of Raf Mansion Hotel on Service Road, Roxas Boulevard in Baclaran.

Sarip was placed under surveillance by the police after receiving several complaints on the illegal activities of the suspect.

A policeman who acted as a poseur-buyer was able to buy shabu from the suspect leading to his arrest.

Police were able to confiscate from the suspect about 500 grams of shabu placed inside two plastic bags and estimated to be worth P3.4 million.

Macaraeg said the confiscated shabu was brought to the SPD Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.

Police filed charges of violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, before the Parañaque Prosecutor’s Office against Sarip, who is now detained at the police custodial facility.
