Recently in the City of Muntinlupa, an elderly woman received a P100,000 cash gift from the City Government as she turned 100-years-old and Mayor Ruffy Biazon paid a visit, according to a Manila Bulletin news report.

Fresnedi turned over the City Government’s financial assistance amounting to P100,000 to Diamse and her family. The City Government of Muntinlupa continues to grant cash incentives to city residents reaching 100 years old through the Office of Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA).
