Las Piñas City Mayor Aguilar honored by RPOC-NCR

The other day, the City of Las Piñas added another honor to its list achievements as their Mayor Imelda Aguilar was honored by the Regional Peace and Order Council-National Capital Region (RPOC-NCR) with a mark of recognition. It was accepted by her and Vice Mayor April Aguilar-Nery.

To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt (note: translated from Tagalog) from the June 29, 2021 post of the City Government’s Facebook page. Some parts in boldface…

Mayor Imelda Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar formally accepted the “Mark of Recognition” from the RPOC-NCR or Regional Peace and Order Council-National Capital Region in recognition of their invaluable perseverance and ensuring order and safety in the face of health crisis caused by COVID-19.

Las Piñeros are still strongly reminded to always follow the minimum health standards and maintain discipline at all times.

For those who missed the news, the number of people vaccinated within the city reached almost 200,000 last week, certain offices of City Hall were declared safe to visit, and the city now has eighteen vaccination sites.

Any Las Piñas resident who has yet to get registered for free COVID-19 vaccines can learn the ways (4 methods) by clicking here. Anyone who is ready and willing to register online can click bit.ly/LasPiñasVaccination
